As a Project Manager at PetsStore4U, you will be leading & improving upon the next stages of various projects with requests and input coming from Team Members and Prospective Customers. You will collaborate with our Software Engineers, Product Designers & Customers on a routine basis.

Responsibilities

• Split your time 50/ 50 with internal project management and client facing projects for rollouts including new product designs

• Collaborate with PetsStore4U Customer Support, Product Design, and Marketing teams to maintain alignment on operational discipline and standards

• Track KPIs of the project(s) and lead regular sprint reviews and presentations 

About You

• 1+ years of experience as a project and/or program manager and/or a background overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

• A stellar skillset of collaboration, planning, influencing, prioritization, and time management

• Ability to understand basic data analytics, reporting & KPI's

• Comfortable collaborating and completing projects with ambiguous requirements in your program

PRODUCT DESIGNER

As a Product Designer at PetsStore4U, you'll be working closely on developing new products, helping design them, figuring out materials and finally working on producing samples.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you'll drive discovery, research, ideation, and design of the product, as well as partner with engineering and product management to ship new experiences
  

• Design and shape the product experience into something truly magical

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify new opportunities and envision creative solutions

• Act as the champion for the user experience, clearly articulating design rationale internally and externally
• Evolve our design process and standards such that it inspires and influences the work of others across the company
• Support the team in constant experimentation through data and user feedback to improve the user experience and end product

About You

• Have 2-3 years of experience in product design

• Have a design portfolio that showcases your eye for good product design and attention to detail

• Have a bachelor's degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product)

BRAND AMBASSADOR

As a Brand Ambassador at PetsStore4U, you'll become one of our brand experts and educate prospective clients about our core culture and products.  Your primary focus will be on maintaining & expanding the PetsStore4U brand presence by driving sales & merchandising.

Responsibilities

• You will engage and build relationships with customers and other businesses increase brand awareness and drive sales

• Become a spokesperson for our company by posting about our products/services online (e.g. social media and forums), responding to posts and championing our brand

• Network with influencers & businesses to bring in new partnerships & increase sales

About You

• You must meet and exceed brand presence quarterly objectives discussed with leadership

• Must have strong time management skills and ability to work independently

• Must be able & willing to travel cross-country
• A bachelors degree in marketing or business relations
